Creative Pattern Design
Creative pattern design services to suit your needs. Our team of highly skilled pattern designer can interpret your sketch or idea's and produce accurate patterns. Our design department provides a wide range of pattern design services to help bring your design ideas and concepts to market in an effective and efficient manner, this will save your procurement cost for placing bulk order.
Sampling
We offer full sampling services, whether you're a well-known label wanting constant samples or a start up looking to get your first collection under-way. Sampling is an integral part of the manufacturing process. Getting the perfect sample in the required fabric and yarn can guarantee the production process will run smoothly. It is also essential for you to see your sample before placing bulk order, and see if there is anything you would like to change.
Production
Our OEM department has extensive, well-equipped facilities and includes over 82,000 square feet workshops to take on orders. We use sophisticated knitting machines such as STOLL and CIXING that guarantee the quality of product. We have been perfecting the art of designing and producing sweater to the highest possible quality standards. All garments are made in our factory by skilled craftsmen and craftswomen with decades of experience behind them.

Stitching
We are capable of sourcing and producing high quality fancy yarn with novelty stitches upon our customer's request. With pioneering machines and technical designers with over 30 years experience, we are able to produce sweater knit full garment with all kinds including intarsia, double knit, jacquard, pointelle, and other novelty stitches effect. Our STEIGER and CIXING computerized flat knitting machines with double and triple systems have function of bidirectional narrowing, enforced knocking over, bilateral stitch, automatic plus-minus of needle, multi needle gauge, and the successive knitting of front and back weaving products, and this will allows our in-house design team to provide our customers new designs with all different kinds of stitches.
Add-on Workmanship
Our team supports our clients by providing a full-package service from the knit trend forecasting, yarn sourcing, design development to technique solution support. We always on track with the latest trend in every season, and found new designs often involve many different workmanship. Therefore, add-on workmanship with all kinds including hand crochet, tie dye, acid wash and other innovative effects are options provided to our clients. Our in-house design team supports our clients the most updated knit know-how and fashion concept for beginning of every season.

WHAT IS ORGANIC COTTON？
Organic cotton is cotton that is produced and certified to organic agricultural standards. Its production sustains the health of soils, ecosystems and people by using natural processes rather than artificial inputs. Importantly organic cotton farming does not allow the use of toxic chemicals or GMOs (genetically modified organisms). Instead, it combines tradition, innovation and science to benefit the shared environment and promote a good quality of life for all involved.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ORGANIC COTTON:
Reduces environmental footprint
No toxic chemicals are used in the growing of organic cotton. It doesn’t damage the soil, has less impact on the air, and uses 88% less water and 62% less energy. Conventional cotton uses about 16% of the world’s insecticides and 7% of pesticides.
Model for the future
By 2025, two-thirds of the world’s population may face water shortages. But organic cotton is 80% rain-fed, which reduces pressure on local water sources. The absence of chemicals also means that water is cleaner and safer. Cotton is often grown in water-scarce areas using irrigation and it takes 2,700 liters of water to make a conventional cotton t-shirt.
Promotes safe work & better livelihoods
Growing organic cotton keeps farmers and their families safe. They are not exposed to toxic chemicals in the field or through their food and water supply. It also means farmers grow more than one crop which supplements their food and income.
Impacts our food system
Organic cotton is grown from organic cotton seeds. Cotton seed oil is used in a variety of food products such as cookies, chips and vegetable oil, and is also fed to livestock. So while cotton fiber is not something we put in our body, the by-product can make its way into our diets.
Fair price for sustainability
When you buy organic cotton you are investing in water conservation, cleaner air, better soil and farmer livelihoods. The price for organic cotton is therefore sometimes, but not always, higher. However, with demand on the rise, more choices will become available.
