Hero Knitwear offers sweater production and manufacturing services inside our garment factory based in the Guangdong, China. Since founded in 1999, we have developed an extensive knowledge base of sweater manufacturing experience spanning various design and technique. Today we became one of the Southern China leading providers in fashion design, development, sourcing and manufacture. The factory covers an area of 16 acres with a total construction floor area of more than 20,000 square meters. We are a team of industry leading business experts, technical designers and pattern makers with over 20 years of combined experience in innovative design and sweater manufacturing industries, and has well-equipped digital knitting machines that guarantees the quality of services provided. We partners with creative agencies, retailers and brands to provide a unique and customer-led design, sampling and production service.

For 20 years, everything in Hero Knitwear has revolved around Fascination Knitwear. We provided factory direct sweater solutions to a number of distinguished clientele. We offer our customers sweater customization services from design to distribution, keeping every step in between under one roof and in one place. Moreover, we have various digital knitting machine that enable us to manufacture sweater from 1.5 to 14 gauge in order to satisfy client's different needs.
2. Creative Sample Construction
We offer a full sampling service if you’re a well-known label wanting constant samples or a start up brand looking to get your first collection underway. Our team of highly skilled technicians who have over 10 year experience can interpret your sketch or idea's and produce accurate patterns.

We have been perfecting the art of designing and producing sweater to the highest possible quality standards. All garments are made here in our factory by skilled craftsmen and craftswomen with decades of experience behind them. 4. Excellent Corporate Governance
The founder and chairman of Hero Knitwear, Chengjia Tang has over 30 years of experience in apparel industry. He began his professional career on 1985 as a technician and held a series of positions to bring about managemental skills and expertise. Today, the factory under Mr. Tang’s leadership, has become one of the Southern China leading providers in innovative design, development, sourcing and manufacture.
5. Social Responsibility
Hero Knitwear is committed to exemplary social responsibility. This commitment is based on the fundamental principle of water protection. Our factory has own on-site industrial wastewater treatment system in order to remove the pollutants, and then discharge the treated wastewater to the municipal sewer system. Our wastewater treatment facility protects local ecosystem.

Mr. Tang began his professional career on 1985 as a technician and today he has over 30 years of experience in apparel industry, and is the founder and chairman of three factories in Greater China Region.

and a master degree in finance from the University of Technology, Sydney.
He spent his early career as financial analysis and project manager at private equity firm.
